Postage and handling for deliveries outside of Australia are provided in the check out section of our website. Huckleberry Lane retains right and title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, you agree that Huckleberry Lane does not bear the risk nor is it liable for loss or damage to the products whilst they are in transit and that the risk of such loss or damage to products passes to you once they are in transit or are in the process of being delivered by the delivery contractor.
We deliver to your business or residential address. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for delivery of goods via standard delivery. Deliveries are always dispatched between Monday and Friday. Delivery of Goods over $150.00 in Australia will be free if sent as Standard delivery.
Deliveries will be made via Registered Post and signature is required for delivery. Delivery Instructions may be provided otherwise, however this becomes the liability then with the customer for loss of goods. All orders will be Standard delivery unless otherwise stated. Please check with us or the postcode list below for next day delivery guidelines. . We guarantee next day delivery without the occurance of adverse circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes.

**Express Post delivery is available to customers located in Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excluding Perth metro and Darwin). If you are located outside the areas listed above , choosing Express delivery will still result in a faster delivery than the Standard delivery option.

For Next Business Day delivery you must place your order by 12pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on any business day (Mon -Fri). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be despatched on the next business day. If your order is placed after 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) your order will then count as the next business day for an Express delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-20 postal working days.
If an item is ordered that is not currently in stock, all items will be withheld until order is completely fulfilled.

Important: If your order has not been delivered within the specified times please contact Huckleberry Lane via email enquiries@huckleberrylane.com.au to obtain your postal reference number. You will need to quote your tax invoice number to ensure prompt service.

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of pick-up arrangements
Prices are in Australian Dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

LATE DELIVERIES
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange your purchase following the below instructions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office at orders@huckleberrylane.com.au
- We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase with the original proof of purchase.
- Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
- The item must be received in the original condition with garment tags.
- All returns must be sent to Huckleberry Lane, 281 Wattletree Road, Malvern East Vic 3145, Australia.
- It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Should you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us via enquiries@huckleberrylane.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. The garment will be sent to QC for inspection. (nb: please allow 7 to 10 days to be contacted following inspection of the goods).
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on sale items.
